I did so so on my goal of not eating breakfast out as much and was able to drop to 252.6 lbs. I am very happy about this because it was fathers day and so there was a special dinner out (twice) and I ended up eating out a lot because I had work and helped my wife pack up her classroom for the end of the year. That in combination with doing a lot of gaming (Civilization 5: Gods and Kings just came out) and I was expecting to have a rough week. I attribute this largely to trying eating at Subway when I could and making the switch from a footlong sub to the six inch sub. I probably should have listed that as a goal last week, but I have been working on that psychological battle for months already. I do not know why it was so hard because a six inch sub is enough, but it was something that I struggled with.
Since I did not completely cut out morning out breakfasts, I need to work on that still for next week and now that father’s day is behind I am going to try and eat out less… just as soon as I eat this pizza I ordered for dinner. Well, that’s technically not eating OUT right? RIGHT?!?! Come on… fine.
