I missed my mark, but and weighed in at 251.6 this morning. I am not discouraged, I know that there are ups, downs and stay stills in weight loss. I am just going to try and dig in and focus on meeting my goals. I will break the 250 mark, it’s just a matter of time and it will probably been sooner rather than later. To anyone else trying to lose weight on the 4th of July holiday, remember, you can have a good time without eating obscenely. Holidays are generally a time where I slip up, but I’m going to try and focus and eat better than I would usually, good luck to you all.
