Wednesday Weigh-In

Well, this weekend I was sick with a fever and didn’t move off of the couch. The only time I are on Sunday was when my wife put a bowl of soup in front of me and said “eat”.  This resulted in me weighing only 252 when I stepped on the scale at the Dr.’s office, I usually weigh more at the Dr.’s than I do on my home scale, so I will weigh in tomorrow morning to get a reality check.
