Wednesday Weigh-In

I apologize for the tardiness for this post.  I was distracted by the Google I/O yesterday and all of the delicious technology that they announced.  When I weighed myself yesterday morning I was down to 251.  My goal for next week is to break 250.  I have improved on my no breakfasts plan and am ready to move onto another goal.  I am going to work on reducing the amount of eating out that I do and improve what I do when I eat out.  I already started this a bit, yesterday when I was at Noodles & Co.  I got a Peanut Saute instead of a Mushroom Stroganoff and a small instead of a regular.  I need to take another look at my life and come up with some more strategies I can tackle to add to my list.  Hopefully I’ll have some more next week as well as have broken the 250 mark.
